4. Reservation policies

5. Payment policies

Surveillance and review of the information provided by the “USER” at the time of payment of the services

TRAVELS 1A, through its Risk Verification Department, may monitor and review a reservation made by the “USER” when it is considered high risk. It will be considered that a reservation is of high risk, when the TRAVELS 1A system detects that the data provided by «THE USER» at the time of making the payment of your reservation is false or incorrect or the institution issuing the credit card detects any discrepancy in the data entered by the “USER”.

6. General cancellation policies

e) General Rules Applicable for Cancellation of Travel Insurance:
